These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of courses offered by Wosetech Academy ("we", "us", "our") through wosetechacademy.com. By enrolling in a course or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Wosetech Academy

Wosetech Academy is an India-based performance marketing certification academy offering 1-Day Intensive Webinars in Marketing Automation, Meta Ads Mastery, Google Search Ads, and Excel for Growth, delivered 100% online to learners in India and worldwide.

2. Enrollment & Payment

• Each certification course is priced at ₹1,299; the All Courses Bundle is priced at ₹3,999, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not store your card details.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. A confirmation email and access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• We do not offer EMI or installment payment plans.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Fees paid for a course are non-refundable once the live session link/access has been shared, except where required by applicable law.
• If a scheduled session is cancelled or rescheduled by Wosetech Academy, you will be offered a seat in the next available batch or a full refund, at your choice.
• Refund requests, where applicable, should be raised within 48 hours of payment by contacting us via WhatsApp or email (details below).

4. Course Access & Conduct

• Course sessions are for the registered participant only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• Recordings, materials, and content shared during the course are the intellectual property of Wosetech Academy and are provided for personal learning use only.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session for disruptive or abusive conduct, without refund.

5. Certification

Participants who complete a course receive a Wosetech Academy Certificate of Completion. This certificate reflects participation and completion of the program; it is not a government-recognized degree or diploma, and does not carry a job placement guarantee.

6. No Guarantees

Wosetech Academy provides training and skill-building content. We do not guarantee employment, income, client acquisition, or specific business outcomes as a result of completing any course.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the site. All content on wosetechacademy.com — including text, graphics, and course materials — is owned by Wosetech Academy unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wosetech Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or website, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or enrollment in a course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
